Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
- Event and promotional purchases are typically final and non-refundable.
- Exceptions may apply for medical ineligibility or as required by law.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
- Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture or fees per our scheduling policy.

3. Medical Ineligibility
- If our providers determine you are not a candidate for a purchased treatment, we will review your situation and may offer alternatives or a refund for the ineligible portion, less the value of any services already provided, determined on a case-by-case basis.

4. Packages and Partial Use
- Unused portions of packages have no cash value and may not be refunded unless required by law.
